Employee / Employer  Internet Based  Benefits Portal

We have customized an internet based benefits portal for many of our clients. Employees and employers can utilize a custom website to explain all benefits offered through your company. It explains in details the benefits provided by the employer in a concise easy to read format. From your group medical and dental benefits, to your pension benefits, life insurance, disability and more, we will customize and enhance any information that you as the employer wish to communicate to your employees.

Consulting Services Only (CSO)

We have had companies like yours request that we do nothing but consulting with them on their benefits. They have a relationship with a company or individual that has existed sometimes for years and does not want to jeopardize that relationship. We have worked with our competitors at the request of the client to bring joint information to the table.

We understand that many companies have developed long standing relationships with our competition in the marketplace.  These relationships are of great value to you. However, we still see what we call the "good old boy" relationships, where someone plays golf or tennis with company owners or is a personal friend with someone in your company. This is true in the benefits business as well as other businesses. We do not minimize those relationships as we have those relationships as well and cherish those as you do. But, sometimes this interferes and dilutes informed business decisions and strategies in getting the best programs for your company and employees. That is why we have decided to offer a Consulting Services Only (CSO) approach as a way for you to evaluate what your currently doing against an alternative. This includes our discovery process which involves your current plans and benefits measured against our evaluation and recommendations as the alternative.

This can work in a couple of scenarios. First, we will not disturb any relationship with our competition out of respect for you.  We will work behind the scenes to evaluate your existing plan(s), and bring back our recommendations for your review.  You have a choice at that point to either work with your current organization or choose to work with us. If you choose to stay with your organization or individual, and implement our recommendations, we just simply ask that you pay us for our time and efforts on an hourly basis discussed at the onset of discovery. This way you maintain your prior relationship, and we were able to help you secure a more feasible program for your company (everybody wins). Second, on the other hand, should you decide to make a change to us, we would then dismiss the consulting fees and except normal compensation from the carrier side. 

Our primary reason for implementing this program, was to give the employer the answer to what he/she is asking themselves. "Do we really have the benefit plan designs that our in our best interest as a company? Is it possible we could be served better than we are, and get a better value for the dollars we are spending?"

As indicated we have already done this with many companies who have asked us to review their programs in situations such as described above. They like their relationships but want to see new and fresh alternatives to consider. We invite this strategy if this fits your company needs. Think of us as your business consultant on your employee benefits and coordinate our efforts with your existing relationships.
